By participating in any such promotion you agree that you:

  1. are bound by polka’s other terms and conditions located on the previous page, including
    (without any limitation) the subscriber terms and conditions;
  2. allow us to perform a credit check and provide your information to a credit bureau for this purpose;
  3. only qualify for the benefit under the promotion:

             3.1    if you are not currently, and have never been a polka subscriber;

             3.2    for one polka subscription; and

             3.3    if you agree to pay the subscription fee by debit order or credit card

 

  

In this agreement, “polka” refers to MultiChoice Subscriber Management Services (Pty) Ltd,
