Polka customers must register for polka fax on the website

  • Visit the website and enter your polka email address and password
  • Click on the Click Here To Register link
  • Click on Accept to agree to the Terms and Conditions of use
  • Enter the email address that you would like to receive faxes on and then the
    email address that you would like to send faxes from
  • Next, type in your secret five-digit PIN, confirm it and click on Save
  • A confirmation message will be sent to your polka email address when a fax
    number has been allocated to your account. This message will include
    your personal polka fax PIN

 

 

You will receive a FREE 0865 or 0866 personal fax number
