1) Double left-click on the "Microsoft Outlook" icon:
2) Left-click on "Tools" at the top of the screen and then click on "email Accounts":
3) Select "Add a new email account" and click "Next":
4) Select "POP3", and click "Next":
5) Type your name in the "Your Name" box, your Polka email address in the "email Address" box, pop3.polka.co.za in the "Incoming mail server" box, smtp.polka.co.za in the "Outgoing mail server" box, your Polka email address in the "User Name" box, and your password in the "Password" box. Now click the "Next" button:
6) Click "Finish":
7) Click on "Tools" at the top of your screen and then click on "email Accounts":
8) Select "View or change existing email accounts" and click "Next":
9) Select your pop3.polka.co.za account and click on "Change":
10) Click on the "More Settings" button at the bottom-right of the window:
11) Click on the "Connections" tab at the top and select "Connect using a phone line". Now select your dial-up connection in the drop-down box under "Use the following Dial-Up Networking connection". Now click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window:
12) Click "Next" at the bottom of the page, then click "Finish".
