A: Polka extra space is space you can purchase to increase the size of your polka
primary mailbox or extra mailbox. The extra space can be purchased in increments
of 50MB. Each 50MB costs R13 and is added to your monthly polka bill.
2. Q: What is an extra mailbox?
A: An extra mailbox is a mailbox just like a primary polka mailbox. The only difference
is that the extra mailbox doesn’t have connectivity. This means you have to be
connected using your existing polka account before you send and receive mail using
your new polka extra mailbox. All polka mailboxes can be accessed using the polka
webpage, including extra mailboxes.
3. Q: How many extra mailboxes can I have?
A: As a polka customer, you can have as many extra mailboxes linked to your primary
account as you like.
4. Q: How do I get an extra mailbox?
A: If you require an extra mailbox, please contact our Sales Call Centre on
0860 00 44 55. Written confirmation of your request will be required and activation
normally takes between 30 and 45 minutes.
