        A: Just R75 a month.
 
3.    Q: Are there any hidden costs?

        A: No! You pay only R75 a month and not a cent more.
        (Obviously you still have to pay for your telephone usage.)

 
4.    Q: What do I need to connect to the internet?
        A: All you need is a telephone line and a computer with a modem. You will probably
        already have the software you need on your computer.
 
5.    Q: Can I connect to polka throughout South Africa?
        A: Yes! Choose from 1 of 34 access numbers across South Africa.
 
6.    Q: Do you offer support?
        A: Yes. Our technical support desk is open Mondays to Saturdays 8am - 10pm and
        Sundays and Public holidays from 10am - 10pm. Just give us a call on 082 283 20 40.
 
7.    Q: How many email addresses do I get ?
        A: You get one mailbox and 3 aliases.
 
8.    Q: Can I still get my email if I go overseas?
        A: Yes, you can fetch your email from anywhere in the world. And you can use polka
        mail to read and send email from any internet cafe in the world.
 
9.    Q: Do you filter spam?
        A: We hate spam. We know you hate spam too. So we're doing everything we can to
        filter out unwanted or offensive email.
 
10.  Q: What about virus protection?
        A: We'll do our best to keep you safe. All email is automatically scanned for viruses.
 
11.  Q: How can I pay?
        A: You can register online to pay by debit order. Should you wish to pay by credit card,
